About New Age Camp
Teaching Teens What School Doesn’t
Why This Camp Exists
Everywhere I look, I see brilliant ideas in young people—sketches in notebooks, wild “what ifs” shared with friends, tiny side hustles sparked by curiosity. The truth? Teens aren’t short on creativity. What they often lack are the tools, the guidance, and the space to turn those sparks into something lasting.
On the other hand, I also see potential being buried inside traditional classrooms where curiosity is boxed in, or later in graduates and workers who feel stuck because they never had the chance to discover their real path. That potential deserves to be brought to life.
That’s why I started this camp. Not just to “teach business,” but to give teens the chance to experience it—to practice, to stumble, to get back up, and to actually build.
The Vision
I believe the future belongs to people who can think like entrepreneurs: problem-solvers, creators, doers.
Our vision is simple—equip teens with the mindset and skills that will serve them for life, whether they go on to start companies, lead teams, or simply navigate the challenges of adulthood with confidence.
The Mission
This camp is project-based, hands-on, and rooted in the real world. Teens don’t just learn about business—they practice it. They sell, pitch, budget, and market, gaining practical experience and the confidence to use it. But our mission doesn’t stop there. We believe success also comes from resilience, creativity, and balance. That’s why we focus on building the life skills that matter—confidence, teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt when things don’t go as planned. And just as important: we keep it fun, approachable, and supportive. Because learning sticks best when it feels like an adventure, not an exam.
About Me, The Founder
Hi, I’m Raghdaa.
I’m a teacher, entrepreneur, and the person who couldn’t shake the thought: “What if kids learned business skills the same way they learn sports or arts—through practice, coaching, and real challenges?”
I’ve seen too many young people spend years trapped in systems that don’t unlock their potential. They’re handed assignments written for another century, while their real passions lie untouched. What they truly need isn’t more rote learning—it’s the freedom to explore, to create, and to build something that’s theirs. That’s the fire this camp is here to light.
From the beginning, this wasn’t just an idea. It was a vision. A vision to give teens a space to unlock their creativity, test their strengths, and realize they are capable of so much more than they think.
I believe entrepreneurship isn’t just about profit—it’s about creativity, resilience, and courage. And I believe every teen deserves the chance to try it out before the stakes get too high.
Whether as a teacher, a coach, or a friend, I’ve known Miss Raghdaa to be the perfect mix of fun and hard-working. She listens to my excited blabbering, and then makes sure I’m still on track.

Why Join Us?
Because this camp isn’t just a program—it’s a launchpad.
A place where ideas grow into plans, and plans grow into confidence.
Your teen doesn’t just learn “about” entrepreneurship—they live it.
And who knows? The business they start here might just be the beginning of something much bigger.
